Shipping & Returns
At A’lainn Cottage we are committed to minimizing our footprint on the planet. Packaging is minimal and we use as much recyclable materials as we can. We ask the you re-use and recycle any packing materials in your order.
Orders within the US are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We use the US Postal Service for all orders unless requested otherwise by the purchaser.
We kindly ask that you anticipate 5 -7 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply based upon the weight of your purchase and your location. If your order is placed after 10 AM EST, it will be processed starting the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.
At this time we are not able to ship overseas.
Return & Exchange Policy
Within the US:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at Alainncottage@gmail.com within 30 days after receiving your package. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and once we receive your item(s) we will process a refund. We can only accept unused or unopened products. *This excludes promotional products.
If possible, please return products in their original packaging. For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS and retain the receipt for your records. For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. Please note: we do not cover return shipping fees.
Items purchased from one of our partner stores or distributors must be returned to their original point of purchase.
We prioritize the safety, health and well-being of our partners, customers, and employees. Safety measures have been implemented at the Cottage to protect against COVID-19, and as a result, orders may experience shipping delays. Additionally, there is a three 3-day quarantine of all returned packages. Expect a delay in processing any returns or refunds. Thank you for your patience.
